From working prototype to repeatable production.

Bring a sketch, dev-board prototype, or partial design. Our engineers in Shenzhen close the gaps, source parts, build prototypes, and run small batches.

One team across the whole build.

You work with one Anvol engineering lead. Behind them we coordinate the specialists your product needs, and find a qualified supplier or a practical substitute when a part blocks the build.

  • Board design & firmware
  • PCB assembly
  • Component sourcing
  • Cables & harnesses
  • CNC machining
  • Injection molding
  • Batteries & finishes
  • Testing & inspection
  • Final assembly
  • Packaging

How it works.

  1. Send what you have

A sketch, dev-board prototype, Gerber files, or a physical sample. We sign an NDA first, then talk it through with you on WhatsApp or email.

  2. We close the gaps

We find what is missing, fix manufacturability, prepare the BOM, and quote the build.

  3. Build and revise

We build a small number, test with you, and revise before committing further.

  4. Run the batch

After approval we run assembly, inspection and packaging on partner lines.

Questions before the first call.

That is a normal starting point. Send the sketch, development-board prototype, partial files, or physical sample you have. We identify what is missing and propose the next practical build step.

Yes. Component sourcing is part of what we do, including older and hard-to-find chips. We source in Shenzhen and provide a full bill of materials with the quote.

No. We can start with a single prototype, revise it with you, and continue into small-batch production after approval.

You do. We sign an NDA before we open any file. The design, drawings and tooling belong to you.

Two options. You can contract and pay the partner factory directly while Anvol invoices a separate management fee, with the factory quote visible line by line. Or you can contract with Anvol's US entity and pay one price in USD. Both use milestone-based payments.
